I have no idea when I had this post this. Because this trip is just a chain of lucky accidents, it’s difficult to tell when I actually took off. There’s no goodbye party, no plane to catch, it just starts. But boy is it fun!
My Royal Highness
Before I start: I’ve had more barbecues since I’m on my moneyless journey, than the last two summers all together. This is becoming some kind of a luxury issue for me, and I’d love my future hosts to keep that in mind. Besides that, I’m also starting to feel like a member of the Royal Family. The basic thing is that I get invited to parties quite often, and when I arrive there I shake hands and wish everyone the best when I leave. I’m not complaining, it’s just a curious development. But, I’m adaptive, and from today on, I shall be called upon as Sir Julez Edward – the paperwork with Queen Elisabeth is in the works.
The two worlds
What I noticed immediately is that there are two worlds on this planet. There’s the actual reality world which is experienced by people everywhere in more or less the same way: trying to provide food and warmth for the family. And then there’s a completely virtual world which is presented by the mass media and that keep repeating depressing and bad news and keep those same amazing people stressed and live in chaos.
What I haven’t figured out is why people are so addicted to this virtual tragedies.
Enough about them, let’s write about me.
It’s amazing how people are willing to help people, sometimes even sacrificing schedules, kilometers and appointments, just to help me out. When I ask them why they do this, they have no explanation. It’s pretty simple actually. People unconsciously know how karma works. They do. They know the extra few miles are nothing for them, but are huge for the hitch hiker they take with them. I’ve also asked myself why people have so much respect for travelers. In the same way, I believe that people unconsciously know that traveling is one of the highest gears one can go into in terms of growing and learning, while in this physical incarnated state.
The food is often simple, yet delicious. I can’t start to think that there would be one day that I won’t have food. The last thing people want is for people around them to be hungry.
The woman of my life
Yes, in all happy happy joy joy, one would almost forget that I’m also leaving so very valuable souls behind. My mother, father and brother not in the least, among with some other soul mates that wont be easy to replace. But since I’ve never been as much into humans as I’ve been into animals (pun intended, you perverts) the woman of my life, is her whom I’ll miss the most.
She has a ton of wisdom
but she can’t talk
She can’t talk
yet we communicate
She has seen the end of the world
yet she won’t run
She saw the Earth growing
Her grandmother survived the last Ice Age
She loves me
but has a crush on the sun long before I was born
She’s… well, a picture tells more than a hundred words, doesn’t it?
I can’t stress enough how compassionate people are. It’s amazing how many people already offered their services to host me. I intentionally waited till I was officially couch-surfing before I send out an invite, and what a response! I have invitations for as many as 11 different countries. It’s becoming very clear to me that -at this rate- I’ll likely will have to hire some look-a-likes, doubles and stand-ins to visit all those kind souls.
Oh, did I mention I’m overall very happy and catch myself smiling a lot more than usual?
Saving the world
In all my pleasure and joy, I would almost forget that I’m on a mission from God. I must save the world. I’m analyzing the world as it passes me by and so far my first solution to save the world would really be to jam the all tv-cable networks. Some people will be very confused the day the TV will stop working, but it is by far the medium that keeps us conditioned and prohibits many intelligent and intuitive people to think outside the box and see the bigger picture.
You this want to too do?
It’s possible, it’s easy and it’s spelled out for you here. Love it! And of course you can help me by sending my Host Me page on this website to people who might be interested. Muchas gracias!
